Our Practice
James Cohen, O.D.Dr. Cohen is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry and has been in practice for 30 years. He is a member of The American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association, the Rio Hondo Optometric Society, the Buena Park Chamber of Commerce, the Rutgers University Alumni Association, the Rutgers Club of Southern California, and involved in Site for Students VSP. He is currently serving as communications chairman and webmaster for the Rio Hondo Optometric Society and is a past president of the society. He specializes in pediatric optometry and vision therapy. His interests include camping, fishing, bicycling and his children. |
Directions from Beach Boulevard NorthWhile heading North on Beach Boulevard from Stanton, Cypress, or Anaheim or exiting the 91 Freeway West on Beach, you will come to Orangethrope Avenue. Pass this traffic light. The next 3 traffic lights are on Manchester Ave. Where you can enter from the 5 Freeway, then Commonwealth Avenue then Artesia Boulevard. The next block and traffic light is Franklin Street. Make a left onto Franklin Street. As soon as you pass the first house on the left is an alley. Make a left into the alley and proceed and turn into the 5th driveway on the left (right before the sign for Dr. Cohen/Buena Park Eyecare). |
Directions from Beach Boulevard SouthWhile heading South on Beach Boulevard from Whittier, La Habra, or La Mirada, pass the traffic lights at Rosecrans, La Mirada Blvd and Mc Comber. Then Stage Road (Cascade) then go past the Nutrilite factory on your left. Go under the rail road bridge to the Franklin Street traffic light. Make a right onto Franklin Street. As soon as you pass the first house on the left, there is an alley. Make a left into the alley and proceed and turn into the 5th driveway on the left (right before the sign for Dr. Cohen/Buena Park Eyecare). |
